Deviled Eggs

- 6 hardboiled eggs
- 3 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon onion power
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoon pickle relish
- 1 ½ tablespoon horseradish sauce
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 dash papika, for garnish (optional)
Steps
- For each hardboiled egg, halve them vertically and scoop out the yolk into a medium bowl. Place the whites on a plate to be filled later.
- Smash the yolk into a fine powder within the bowl
- Add the rest of the ingredients to the bowl and combine well
- Once fully combined, put the filling into a plastic bag for piping. To help with the piping, cut a corner off the bag
- Add the filling to each of the egg white halves to your liking. Optionally garnish with paprika after.
