Deviled Eggs

  • 6 hardboiled eggs
  • 3 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon onion power
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoon pickle relish
  • 1 ½ tablespoon horseradish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 dash papika, for garnish (optional)

Steps

  1. For each hardboiled egg, halve them vertically and scoop out the yolk into a medium bowl. Place the whites on a plate to be filled later.
  2. Smash the yolk into a fine powder within the bowl
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients to the bowl and combine well
  4. Once fully combined, put the filling into a plastic bag for piping. To help with the piping, cut a corner off the bag
  5. Add the filling to each of the egg white halves to your liking. Optionally garnish with paprika after.
