French Toast

- 4 slices of bread
- 2 eggs
- ⅓ cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 4 tablespoon vegetable or canola oil
Steps
- Set the stove to medium high heat or preheat griddle to 390 degrees
- Add eggs, heavy cream, vanilla, and cinnamon to a mixing bowl and mix well
- Dip your bread in the mixture and flip. Make sure the bread is fully coated
- Add vegetable oil to your griddle or pan
- Place your bread on the cooking surface and allow to cook for 2-3 minutes per side
- Once the french toast has a nice golden brown crust on it serve immediately or move it over to a wire cooling rack to prevent sogginess
