  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup plain, dry bread crumbs
  • 1 Lipton Onion Soup Mix
  • 2 pound ground beef or turkey
  • 8 hamburger buns

Steps

  1. Combine mayonnaise, bread crumbs and soup mix in a bowl.
  2. Mix mayonnaise mixture into ground beef; shape into 8 patties.
  3. Grill around 400 degrees at about 4 minutes per side (aim for 140 internal temperature)
  4. While grilling, spread butter on buns for toasting.
  5. After burgers are finished, place all buns on grill for about 1-2 minutes to toast and get grill marks.
  6. Server burgers on buns with your condiments of choice
