- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup plain, dry bread crumbs
- 1 Lipton Onion Soup Mix
- 2 pound ground beef or turkey
- 8 hamburger buns
Steps
- Combine mayonnaise, bread crumbs and soup mix in a bowl.
- Mix mayonnaise mixture into ground beef; shape into 8 patties.
- Grill around 400 degrees at about 4 minutes per side (aim for 140 internal temperature)
- While grilling, spread butter on buns for toasting.
- After burgers are finished, place all buns on grill for about 1-2 minutes to toast and get grill marks.
- Server burgers on buns with your condiments of choice
