Italian Meatballs

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup milk
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- ¼ cup parmesan cheese
Steps
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl by hand (for best results, hand mix)
- Assemble a large sheet pan with aluminum foil or parchment paper
- Roll meatballs to about the size of a golf ball and place on pan with a 1/2 - 1 inch gap between each
- Cook for 20 minutes, flip meatballs over half way through
