Italian Meatballs

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon fresh ground pepper
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl by hand (for best results, hand mix)
  3. Assemble a large sheet pan with aluminum foil or parchment paper
  4. Roll meatballs to about the size of a golf ball and place on pan with a 1/2 - 1 inch gap between each
  5. Cook for 20 minutes, flip meatballs over half way through
