Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ ounce light rum
  • 3 ounce pineapple juice
  • 2 ounce coconut cream
  • 2 ounce strawberry puree (or frozen/thawed strawberries + 1/4 cup white sugar, blended)

Steps

  1. Add the strawberry puree to bottom of a tall glass.
  2. Add first 3 ingredients into a blender with enough ice to come to the surface of the liquids. Blend until smooth.
  3. Add blender contents into tall glass and serve
