- 8 ounce cream cheese
- 1 pound sour cream
- 8 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1 ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 14 ounce quartered artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped
- 4 ounce diced jalapenos, drained
- 10 ounce frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 3 garlic cloves, freshly pressed
Steps
- In a medium pot over medium heat, melt together the cream cheese, sour cream, butter, and parmesan cheese while stirring frequently until melted and bubbling
- Stir in the chopped artichoke hearts, your sliced jalapenos, and drained spinach
- Lastly, stir in the fresh garlic. Serve hot with chips, crackers, or toasted baguettes
