  • 8 ounce cream cheese
  • 1 pound sour cream
  • 8 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 14 ounce quartered artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped
  • 4 ounce diced jalapenos, drained
  • 10 ounce frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 3 garlic cloves, freshly pressed

Steps

  1. In a medium pot over medium heat, melt together the cream cheese, sour cream, butter, and parmesan cheese while stirring frequently until melted and bubbling
  2. Stir in the chopped artichoke hearts, your sliced jalapenos, and drained spinach
  3. Lastly, stir in the fresh garlic. Serve hot with chips, crackers, or toasted baguettes
